Vizit Social eXchange adds interactive conversations to SharePoint documents and makes referencing important passages in the SharePoint Libraries easy through Vizit™ Social Footnotes™. Vizit Social eXchange encourages the use of knowledge stored in SharePoint beyond libraries and email. Users can highlight important passages in documents, create Vizit Social Footnotes and use them to link to reference material in any collaborative workspace.

Through Vizit Social Footnotes, SharePoint users can surface important references when and where they make most sense. Clicking Vizit Social Footnotes pops up a view of an important document passage without requiring the effort of searching for the document and searching through the document for the passage. This is a great time saver that will make iWorkers more productive and informed.

 

 

Now in Beta - Feedback Gathering for Nintex

Vizit has created a custom action for Nintex Workflow that enables feedback to be easily gathered as part of a business process. A Business Analyst can drag and drop Vizit’s custom action into their workflow design to create a conversation space where workflow participants can provide their comments about specific items within a document. Vizit also makes it easy to surface common workflow actions such as approve or reject within the conversation space. Nintex Workflow captures a complete audit trail of the feedback gathering process ensuring compliance to governance policies is maintained and documented.
