Vizit Social eXchange™ adds interactive conversations to SharePoint documents, and makes referencing important passages easy. Available for Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Vizit Social eXchange encourages the use of enterprise knowledge contained in SharePoint Libraries by enhancing collaboration to improve productivity.

Interactive Document Conversations
Generally, when a document is at the center of a conversation it isn’t the entire document people are concerned with. Two or three critical passages are inspiring the conversations. Vizit Social eXchange enables the SharePoint user to link to these passages for an interactive discussion.
With Vizit Social eXchange, SharePoint users can simply highlight an important passage in a document and engage co-workers in conversation without the document or conversation leaving the control of SharePoint. Vizit Social eXchange eliminates the need to use email to collaborate and enforces SharePoint’s security and governance policies.
Vizit Social eXchange encourages using the knowledge stored in SharePoint, beyond just libraries and email. Users can highlight important passages in documents, create Vizit Social Footnotes and use them to link to the passage from any collaborative workspace.
Through Vizit Social Footnotes, SharePoint users can surface important references when and where they make the most sense. Clicking Vizit Social Footnotes pops up a view of a section of the document without requiring the user to search for the document and through the document. This huge time saver makes iWorkers more productive and informed.
Now in Beta - Feedback Gathering for Nintex
Vizit has created a custom action for the Nintex Workflow that enables feedback to be easily gathered as part of a business process. A Business Analyst can drag and drop Vizit’s custom action into their workflow design to create a conversation space where workflow participants can provide their comments about specific items within a document. Vizit also makes it easy to surface common workflow actions, such as approve or reject, within the conversation space. Nintex Workflow captures a complete audit trail of the feedback gathering process ensuring compliance to governance policies is maintained and documented.
