01

The challenge

A top CPG manufacturer was losing sales to competitors in one of its categories on Amazon. Using the Vizit platform, the team identified which categories and items were missing conversion opportunities with shoppers because of underperforming image scores.

02

The action

Vizit and the manufacturer ranked the opportunities, targeting the items with the lowest Vizit Scores and the highest potential revenue gains from image optimization.

Conversion rates were compared before and after the optimization between a test group of 6 optimized ASINs and a control group with similar glance views, conversion rates, and sales. Annual projections extrapolated the weekly gains, adjusted for content effectiveness decay at Amazon’s standard rate.

03

The result

In just 11 weeks, reordering content for 6 ASINs generated $128K of excess weekly revenue on Amazon US.

Average conversion rates rose 33.61%, projecting to a $6,664,981 annual revenue lift — without producing a single new asset.

Targeting the highest-value opportunities.

Scores found the gaps

Vizit Scores pinpointed the exact items losing shoppers to competitors — and ranked them by potential revenue gain.

Existing content, reordered

The entire lift came from reordering the content already on each listing. No new creative production was required.

A matched control group

Test ASINs were measured against controls with similar glance views, conversion rates, and sales — with projections adjusted for standard content decay.
