We are seeking a talented CSM to join the Vizit Team.
Vizit is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Services Team and have an immediate impact by driving value for our customers. Vizit has launched the first-of-its-kind visual intelligence technology allowing the biggest brands in the world to measure the effectiveness of imagery by utilizing artificial intelligence.
As a CSM, you must have a customer-first mentality, as you’ll be the first line of defense in working directly with customers. The role includes identifying and driving upsell opportunities, supporting our Insights Sales teams with pilot projects, SaaS implementation and trainings, and general account management and renewals. You’ll work alongside product, engineering, design, R&D, sales, and executive leadership to help accelerate the growth of our business as we hit an exciting inflection point in our company’s journey.
This role requires someone with 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise client relationships. This position will manage our existing client relationships through application of Vizit ideology, identifying implementation and adoption best practices, and building process while driving value through our platform. Qualified candidates must have a background in land and expand within large accounts, a focus on retention, proven success in driving customer health metrics.
- Degree: Bachelors
- At least 3-5 years experience in a related field (e-commerce, analytics, market research, marketing, SaaS, etc)
- Remote acceptable, although based in Boston, MA preferred
- Knowledge or experience of large enterprise companies (CPG is a plus)
- Strategic thinker with ability to navigate complex brands and team eco-systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple external projects and internal workstreams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to implement actionable insights
