Hero images for wired headphones earned high scores when they included a portion of the wire in the visual—specifically the audio jack, perhaps to show the audience what the electronics would work with.
While the electronics typically come in a variety of colors, black products dominated the highest scoring listings. Even hero images that were otherwise strikingly similar had massively different scores once color was added to the equation.
